Where do you need clarity?

01 · Process Clarity Review

Know what to fix before choosing more software.

A team is losing time to manual steps, unclear ownership or inconsistent information.

The question we answer: Where does this process break down, and what should change first?

What you receive

  • A current-process map with roles and handoffs.
  • A prioritized list of bottlenecks, risks and open questions.
  • A requirements and acceptance-criteria checklist.
  • A next-step brief to support a decision or a scoped implementation.

Starting scope

One business process, such as purchasing, lead follow-up or document review.

What we need from your team

A walkthrough of the current process, sample documents and input from its business owner.

The review ends with findings and recommendations. Software configuration and implementation can be scoped separately.

02 · Go-Live Readiness Review

Make the launch decision with evidence.

A team is preparing a rollout or migration and needs a clear view of unresolved work.

The question we answer: What is ready, what is still missing, and who owns the next step?

What you receive

  • A readiness checklist covering testing, data, recovery and user preparation.
  • A gap and risk register with owners and proposed next actions.
  • A summary of dependencies and evidence still needed.
  • A review discussion and handover brief for the people making the decision.

Starting scope

One planned release, rollout or migration milestone.

What we need from your team

The delivery plan, available test evidence, known issues and input from business and technical owners.

The review supports the responsible team’s decision. Formal launch approval and production operations remain with the appointed owners.

03 · Integration & Workflow Discovery

Define the connection before building it.

A team needs systems to exchange information or wants to automate a recurring handoff.

The question we answer: What needs to move, between which systems, and what happens when something goes wrong?

What you receive

  • A system-context and information-flow diagram.
  • A data and identifier ownership map.
  • Exception scenarios and validation criteria.
  • A specialist handoff brief with dependencies and implementation questions.

Starting scope

One integration use case or one workflow between clearly identified systems.

What we need from your team

The business goal, the systems involved, approved sample data and access to system owners or vendor documentation.

Discovery defines the work to be implemented. Coding, vendor licensing, security review and production deployment are agreed separately.

From first contact to a clear proposal

  1. Share the situation. Send a short description of the process, systems or launch you are working on.
  2. Check the fit. We clarify the goal, available inputs and who needs to be involved.
  3. Agree the work. You receive a proposed scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and fee before work begins.
  4. Review and hand over. We walk through the findings and agree the next decisions.

Each engagement is scoped to your situation. Timing and fees are agreed in the proposal. Specialist implementation work can be coordinated where needed.

A background across business and technology

My experience includes nearly 13 years at AGFA HealthCare, professional services at Epicor and project coordination within a Dynamics 365 implementation. I bring process analysis, stakeholder coordination and implementation experience to the review.
